The Job Purpose:
Manforce Group is looking for a Business Development Executive who is target-oriented, self-driven, efficient, has a taste for meeting and interacting with people, can take responsibility for driving business growth, and builds strong relationships with prospective clients. The purpose is to maintain cordial relationships with existing customers and scout, identify, and develop relationships with new customers. The focus of this role is to increase the customer base and establish the company as an ethical brand in the B2B market segment.
Marketing & Sales Strategy:
Gather market and customer information through networking, referrals, and market research
Identify new business opportunities
Attend workshops and networking events
Plan to create a sales pipeline
Make cold calls and cold visits to establish the presence
Set up meetings with potential clients
Present and promote the resource outsourcing service by showcasing the benefits
Negotiate and guide a prospective client toward closing a deal
Account Management:
Create, maintain, and update prospect details on a CRM
Track client interactions, progress, and transactions
Maintain regular contact with prospects or clients to stay informed and understand their requirements
Prepare reports on sales activity, client interactions, and market trend
Manage the lifecycle of a client from initial contact to conversion and then offer after-sales support
Collect customer feedback for the provided service
Collaborate & Teamwork:
Work closely with peers to understand market trend
Collaborate with partners to get on-time market information
Participate in team meetings to share information
Contribute to sales strategy development
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the resource outsourcing industry
Exemplary communication skills
Experience in email drafting
Experience in cold calling
Experience in negotiations
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel as needed
Familiarity with popular CRM and Google Workspace will be preferred
