Job Opportunity: Project Manager – Plant Setup & Operations. Position based in Pakistan A prestigious and well-established Group in Pakistan, recognized for its excellence across diverse sectors, is seeking highly skilled and progressive professionals to join its dynamic team. We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage plant setup and operations for our personal care manufacturing division, specifically in the production of soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. Position: Project Manager (Plant Setup & Operations) Location: Pakistan (Countrywide Operations) Industry: FMCG / Personal Care Key Responsibilities: • Lead the setup and operational management of manufacturing plants, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope, quality standards, and budget. • Oversee all aspects of plant design, commissioning, and operations for the production of soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize production efficiency. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, maintaining the highest levels of operational excellence. • Implement best practices in manufacturing, from initial setup to ongoing operations, while maintaining product quality and cost-effectiveness. • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to plant personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve business goals. Required Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing or project management, preferably in the personal care or FMCG sector. • Proven track record of successfully setting up and managing similar projects, particularly in the production of soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field. • Strong knowledge of plant operations, project management methodologies, and industry best practices. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
