Key Responsibilities 1. Warehouse & Inventory Management: Receive goods and ensure compliance with specifications and invoices. Organize and arrange inventory for easy access and efficient storage. Monitor stock levels and prepare periodic inventory reports. Ensure proper storage of materials according to safety and quality standards. Track product expiration dates and report shortages or damaged materials. Enter data and update inventory records using SAP / Odoo / Excel. Implement stock issuance and supply orders in coordination with sales and management. 2. Proposal Preparation (Technical & Commercial): Prepare and structure technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements and market needs. Collaborate with the sales team to obtain pricing and specification details. Review and update proposals regularly in line with pricing and product updates. Ensure proposals meet customer needs and align with company standards. Present proposals professionally according to company policies and guidelines. 3. Technical Logistics Support: Coordinate shipping and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery. Monitor import and customs clearance procedures (if applicable). Prepare shipping schedules and ensure transportation processes are efficiently executed. Handle logistics challenges and ensure seamless product flow. Communicate with suppliers and shipping companies for efficient transport operations. Prepare logistics documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and shipping paperwork. 4. Administrative Tasks & Reporting: Generate periodic reports on inventory status and operational requirements. Submit monthly reports on logistics performance and product availability. Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Procurement, Finance) to ensure process integration. Implement safety and quality procedures during storage and transportation. Suggest improvements in storage and logistics processes to enhance efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel - Word) and inventory management software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong analytical skills for evaluating inventory and proposal data. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers. High accuracy and attention to detail to ensure operational quality and minimize errors. Expected Deliverables: Well-organized warehouse and efficient inventory management.
