Billy is a lovely bird, he has a ring from his breeder, , he's 3 year old, says a few things still young enough to learn more, loves to dance Michael Jackson man in the mirror is his favourite. Unfortunately due to my mobility I'm no longer able to give him the attention he deserves, Billy is very affectionate and is very much a woman's bird. He comes with a cage, stand, and various toys.
