Riyadh Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and skilled E-commerce Operator to join our team. This role requires an individual who is proficient in Excel and has a good command of the English language. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, inventory, and order processing.
Utilize Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of product information on the e-commerce platform.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings and promotions.
Requirements:
Basic Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good command of the English language.
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week with 1 day off.
Nationality: Candidates from the Philippines and India are preferred.
Salary: 4000 to 5000 SAR per month.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in e-commerce or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
